It’s never too late to get up, get moving and get fit! We welcome you to attend Commit to Get Fit, an active aging group with weekly classes at River Highlands. Learn to be the best you can be in 2019 with the guidance of health and wellness professionals from Restore Therapy. Appropriate for all fitness levels and designed specifically for older adults, the Commit to Get Fit program can help you age strong and live long — while having fun along the way!
