There are no team members or residents with a confirmed case of the virus at the community.
April 19 Update:
We are pleased to report that there are no additional confirmed cases of the virus at the community at this time. Thank you to our residents and team members for their efforts in following our Enhanced Resident Protection Protocol.
April 9 Update:
We want to let you know that a team member at the community has tested positive for COVID-19. The team member last worked at the community on April 3rd and is not currently exhibiting symptoms. At this time, the team member remains self-quarantined and will not return to the community until there is a full recovery and the isolation period has passed. It is important to note that no other residents or team members at the community have tested positive for the virus.
As you know, our community is operating under our Enhanced Resident Protection Protocol and that will continue along with additional deep sanitation of all areas of the community.
Enhanced Resident Protection Protocol
- Visitors are not allowed at the community and family members can bring essential supplies to be dropped off with a team member outside the community.
- The dining room remains closed, and residents are receiving all meals via delivery to apartments.
Residents Remain in Apartments:
- During this time, residents will need to remain in their apartments.
We will also increase our daily temperature checks to twice per day and it is important that residents or team members alert us immediately if they are feeling ill.
We understand that family members may choose to have a resident live with them during this time and we will accommodate that as needed. We do ask that the residents who leave the community remain with the family until we can resume normal operations.
We want to encourage you to please reach out if you have any specific questions. We will also continue to provide updates with any new information via email and on the community website page and you can call our hotline at 206-676-5330.
